Bouncy Castle
With a superhero theme. With great bouncing “comes great responsibility.”

Face Painting
Tiger. Pirate. Monster. Glitter tattoo. Michelangelo Fresco. You name it, we’ll paint it badly!

Drum Workshop
A professional drummer will teach the kids some cool beats. Come back and play at our service on Sunday!

A Bible Puppet Show
Al, Rosemary and few furry friends will tell part of the greatest story ever, at 2.30pm, 3.30pm and 4.30pm in church.

Trevor with his Train Set
Extracted from his loft for one day only. Proving that you are never too old for toys. We’ve been promised a couple of unusual Hornby pieces.

Games with Prizes
Including Find the Treasure. Guess the Number of Sweets in a Jar. Table Football. Hook the Duck. Splat the Rat. All in a Vegan friendly manner.

And Refreshments. Home made cakes and more cups of tea than is healthy.

It is all FREE. All are welcome (despite the scary looking fella below).

An interactive educational experience for children about the Bible

For one evening, St George’s will be transformed into a Bedouin tent,  printing press and scribe school for a learning experience to show how the Bible came into being.

– Travel back in time
– Dress up
– Hear stories from the Old Testament
– Experience being a scribe
– Try hand printing
– See Bibles in lots of different languages

FRIDAY 2ND NOVEMBER, 4.15 PM

Bible 66 will be run with the Schools’ Christian Resources Centre, which provides Christian teaching and educational experiences for local schools.

For children aged 4 to 11. No need to book; simply turn up on the day.  Parents and carers can stay with their children. The session will last around an hour an a half.  Free. Fun.  All welcome.
