By Car

The church has a small car park with 5 spaces directly in front of the church.  On weekends you can park on the road for free. On weekdays, you can park for free from 4pm to 10am.  Most parking outside of these times is for resident permit holders (M2) or pay-and-display (coins or call 020 3046 0060. £1.50 per hour. Location 19251), but you can get free 20 minutes parking with a ticket. Please do not park in the car park to the right of the church, which is residents’ parking.

By Bus

The 470 bus stops at the Willows (stop B, C) on Central Road but not on Sunday. The 93 and 80 stops on London Road (stop MC) and is a 10 minutes walk. The 164, 157, 118, 201 stops at Morden Hall Road (stop P, R) and is a similar distance to walk.

By Tube

The nearest tube station is Morden, at the end of the Northern line.  It is about a 15 minute walk to St George’s.  Cross the road to KFC, go down Aberconway Road, past Lidl. Take a right on to Morden Hall Road.  At the large roundabout, turn down Central Road and St George’s is on the right.

By Train

St Helier is the nearest train station, which runs Southern link and Thameslink trains.  It is a 10 minute walk from St George’s.  Take a left onto Green Lane and then right on to Central Road.  St George’s Church is on the left, after the Sainbury’s Local.

Accessibility

There is flat access to the church and hall through the central link door.  The building has a disabled toilet with baby changing area, and a loop fitted in the church for hearing aids.  Large print service materials can be made available if requested in advance.
