WE MEET
On Central Road on Sunday’s at 10.30am for our main church service, including children’s groups. We try to make all people feel welcome and are not formal or stuffy. We run various one-off events and regular activities during the week, including our Growth Groups and the Ark Toddler Group. There are lots of opportunities to get involved. WE BELONG
To the Morden Parish Team, which includes St Lawrence, Emmanuel and St Martin’s Church. We’re a Christ-centred, Bible teaching, mission minded, Anglican church that is part of the Church of England. The team aims to help people know Jesus, grow to be like him, and go to serve him. St George’s mission is to serve Christ on the St Helier Estate. Meet our people.
WE BELIEVE
God made us to be friends with him. Although we have sidelined him and hurt others, God loves us. He sent his son to disrupt our selfishness, destroy death, and deal with our judgement by dying on the cross. Jesus paid the price for our wrongdoing and rose again so that we can be forgiven and proudly enjoy life with God forever. He offers us this new life as a gift, which we can have by trusting him.
